Dylan and Gavin were incredible when I went to get an oil change. They answered all my questions and let me know there was something under the hood that needed attention. Very grateful to them. Good job boys!
My husband died about 3 years ago now and I am finding I have to take care of things I never had to before. Getting an oil change was one of them. I called Jiffy Lube and they got me in right away. They guided me into the stall and kindly asked me to remain in my car. They asked me a couple questions and within 15 minutes it was all done . The young guy that took care of me made sure I saw my oil on the stick and suggested I have the air filter changed and he was sure to show the old one to me. First time to this location, fantastic service . Thank you to the team for a great experience. I came in with a tight filter from a different Jiffy,things happen and they were able to get my car ready and out the door. I have already told several people about this fantastic experience here today. Again, thanks team. I’d give you a 6 star.
Great service
I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed with the work I see done underneath. There is no reason to have a filter on this TIGHT! NO APOLOGY, NO REFUND. Just hey heres a small discount on your next oil change. Like I really Want to come back and get another one.
