If I could give 0 stars, I would. I usually have the oil done at the dealership, but my wife went to Jiffy Lube on the Kingsway because she was overdue for an oil change. Within a week, I noticed a pool of oil in my 3 month old freshly paved driveway on a day it was -40. I was the second person in that day for the same reason, and one tech remarked it was the same car (RAV4). I suspect they don’t know how to do the work on this vehicle properly. If I left this review yesterday it would have been 5 stars, even though they are somehow out of a popular oil, it's literally what you sell. But after bringing my car to the dealership today for a noise in my engine, one thing's that was found was a full nest under the air filter. That 100% should have been noticed and cleaned out if they were doing the full job. Cutting corners is not good service. I'll stick to garages or other oil change places going forward.
Really knowledgeable workers. They work efficiently and make sure my oil changes are easy, quick and well worth the visit. They're also nice people which makes the visit even better

Great customer service, while I was there waiting for my car to get it's oil change, another man came in and just walked into the shop where there is clearly signs saying not to do that due to the massive open holes in the floor, he was not impressed being asked to return to the reception area and proceeded to being cursing and swearing at the staff. They handled it amazingly and kept smiles on their faces. Happy holidays jiffy lube Kingsway team
