Horrible experience, do not go there if you do not have any car sense. They will take advantage of you. They lost a socket in the vehicle and then took over an 45 minutes to get it out saying they had no idea where it went or how to get it out. At one point they had 4 mechanics in the car working on it. Mechanics walking around the shop screaming at each other, calling each other names. They were very helpful and efficient. Repaired my chipped windshield and offered a veteran discount upon seeing my poppy plate. Very nice counter staff/technician.
Needed an oil change.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I usually have the oil done at the dealership, but my wife went to Jiffy Lube on the Kingsway because she was overdue for an oil change. Within a week, I noticed a pool of oil in my 3 month old freshly paved driveway on a day it was -40. I was the second person in that day for the same reason, and one tech remarked it was the same car (RAV4). I suspect they don’t know how to do the work on this vehicle properly.
