Excellent staff and fast paced work
Guy said a bolt was striped, when all they had to do was put some pressure on it. I only came in for an oil change!!!
I've been going to Jiffy Lube since I purchased my first car in 2001. The drive-in feature has always been a favorite of mine and I never had a problem... until last week. I was in Douglassville visiting a friend and needed an oil change. Pulled up like I normally do and waited to be directed into one of the bays. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube today, and we especially want to recognize Dean for going above and beyond! My husband and I were out running errands and getting everything done before taking our son back to Penn State when we made a quick stop at this Jiffy Lube. I dreaded going on a Saturday. Even though there were vehicles ahead of me, the guys worked efficiently through the list and I was in & out quickly. Don't drive away if you see vehicles in waiting.
