Took my SUV for an oil change. Next day the vehicle lost power while on the highway and would not move forward. Had it towed to the dealer who investigated and reported that Jiffy Lube did not fasten the engine air filter/duct correctly allowing debris into Mass Air flow sensor. Ended up replacing the Sensor at the dealer for a substantial amount of money. I have tried to work with Jiffy Lube to be reimbursed for their negligence and shoddy work, but there has not been any movement on their part. Overall very poor experience... read more
