The staff here are very respectful and do not make you feel dumb, even if you don’t know that much about your car. The gentleman who seemed to be the manager treated me with respect and not one ounce of annoyance, even though I very obviously had no idea what I was talking about. This made my day as a woman who is usually looked down upon and made to feel dumb at other car help places.
Noah was very fast and efficient, professional and knowledgeable Enjoyed talking with William, made the (minimal) wait fly by. Not sure of the team down below but they were just as efficient and professional as the rest, they checked/ inspected more points than previous jiffy lubes and offered differential fluid change, that I have been needing for months just couldn’t find.
