Extremely polite, friendly and quick.
I have only ever been to Jiffy Lube for my quick Oil changes. I live out of town and was going to another quick lube place...only to learn that Jiffy Lube stripped my oil plug. When I called they would not take responsibility for it and that the place I was taking it to should have a tool to remove a stripped plug. If I came in they would replace it. I live 1.5 hours away. Customer service was garbage! This was also the same place that said my vehicle required more oil than a regular change and that they had to mix the blend... read more
