I spent 3 hours waiting for a rim & tire swap ( which would’ve been fine and expected given the season) HOWEVER … they did not get it done because they failed to let me know that I would’ve needed an appointment to swap up the rims…. Wasted my entire Saturday morning on jiffy line line up for absolutely nothing!!! When I had asked 3 weeks ago if they offered this service & HOW much it would cost they failed to tell me that this is a service that can be done by appointment only…
First time there for an oil change and as many other people have said, its fast, friendly service at a fair price (less than the dealership). I'll be back.
The team at jiffy lube Cambridge does an excellent job. Highly recommend
