Went for an oil change. They used the wrong filter and my car was leaking. Don’t go here if you like your car lol
This was the second time I have gone to Jiffy Lube and the first time was great, but no one informed me of waiting for an associate to direct me into the garage. I went in around 11:30am on June 24, 2026 and I happened to make that mistake this time and was met with an extremely rude and abrasive employee. I happened to miss this employee’s name. Jack was so unprofessional he tried to sell me stuff i didn’t need and said that im soft spoken and offended me for the second time this week
Amazing experience!! The guys were so friendly, I told them it was my first time there and that I wasn't sure what to do and they got me up to speed about everything they were doing. Great experience, will definitely be coming back here for my next service!! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes :)
