We drove to Jiffy Lube on Hespler Rd in Cambridge to get our snow tires put on again because the service there is always top notch. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the work is completed quickly but professionally. We will be back for the oil change when the time comes.
They say they check all my fluids, but one of my fluids were still low, so I was not very happy with that
Went in to Jiffy Lube today to see if someone could take a look at my car to see if something had snapped in the rear end. Ryan was nice enough to take a look, and diagnose the issue very quickly. He made sure all the important moving parts were not damaged and I was safe to drive. He did not charge me anything! Thank you so much for your help, Ryan! I really appreciate you calming my nerves as I thought it was something a lot more serious. You’re the best! 😊
Great service. The individual I worked with was kind and funny. They did a good job. 4 stars instead of 5 as the service is very expensive, its 35% more than the dealer for an oil change, I dont mind paying more for the ease of no appointment but its a pretty significant price difference.
