I am wondering why a synthetic oil change is only rated for 5,500 km when everywhere else completely is 10,000 km. I talked to the dealer and they told me 10,000 km. So is your oil not up to standards why is it only 5,500 km? I am told Standard Oil is 5,000 km so why is your synthetic oil for 10,000 km only 5500 km?

The guys were great, I came 30 minutes before closing for an oil change and it only took them 10 minutes, the guys were super friendly and I will definitely be coming back for my next service. Plus free car wash!
I spent 20 minutes with no movement at Mr. Lube. I left and went down the street to the Jiffy Lube and was greeted immediately. Garrett (I think was his name), was so friendly. The team checked my oil, and explained that it wasn't actually necessary to get it changed just yet. He explained how many kilometers I had left and how to check my Ford settings to see what percentage my oil level is. Then they checked my tires, and sent me on my way.
