Got an oil change done on 2/18/23. Car broke down 2/20/23 due to oil being over filled and chocking out my engine. Started a claim for damages with them and have not heard back since. I call corporate and the store every day and no one has helped me at all. I call corporate and they say I need to speak with the regional or franchise owner. I call the store and they say they aren't franchised and the corporate claims department needs to contact me. They don't care about doing what is right.
