This review concerns the Jiffy Lube at XXXXX ***** ROAD **** STE * AUSTIN, TX For the second time in the last two years after a Jiffy Lube oil change my Ford F150 is leaking oil. The first time this happened I took it to the Ford dealership and they determined that the yellow oil plug wasn't seated properly causing the leak. This time it is leaking from the same location so I took it to Ford again and they determined that it is the same issue. This location is terrible. They broke my car, then they deny me service unless I sign a waiver. I have been to this location many times and have never signed a waiver. There is something strange going on in this location. Be careful, this location is taking advantage of loyal customers.

â??Spoke to guest regarding alleged damage to hood. Confirm via video- techs. did not damage vehicle and we are not responsible for any damages.
Mt. Vernon, WA location used an impact driver to screw in my drain plug. It ended up stripping out the threads, so they used a bigger drain plug screw to replace it. Had to replace my oil pan ($427). Do not give them your money! Once you're off the property they couldn't care less!
