Absolutely the best experience I have ever had ANYWHERE. I cannot say enough good things about the people at this location, my only regret is not catching their names. They went far above and beyond for me after a disaster of a morning. I had to get to get to Sudbury from Sault Ste Marie and just before hitting the highway something didn’t feel right. I believe from the invoice the technician’s name is Ryker. Ryker did a great job! He took the time to explain all he did along the way, explained the advantages of semi synthetic oil and the extended life benefits of it vs conventional oil, showed me a photo of the exact location of an engine oil gasket leak, explained the mechanics of oil breakdown and risk when exceeding the recommended oil change mileage or time interval (which I did do significantly prior to this visit).
