They smiled and said, "hello", asked us what service we wanted, took our credit card, and said, "bye". No other communication what-so-ever. Nothing about tire pressure, air filter, etc... So friendly and very helpful.
Do NOT ever go to Jiffy Lube ever! They are overpriced, sloppy and neglectful. They “forgot” to replace a bolt and gasket on my Toyota Sienna. They are unprofessional and do not treat your car with care. They charged WAY to much for an oil change. We had a hole in our radiator, which needed fixed. They did a sloppy job and when I went to price the same part they put in my van they charged me WAY more then it actually is worth. Lesson learned. Never will return.
Just went in for an oil change and they tried to get me to buy all of these other things I didn’t need. Every time I told them no, they would try to convince me I shouldn’t leave without getting these things done. Plus it is way over priced, and sometimes they don’t tell you all of your options. Pushy, rude. Not going here again.
They do so much more than I knew about. They work like an ER and are super polite.
No. Just NO. I wish I would have checked the reviews before deciding to pull in. NEVER again. One hour and 10min to wait for ONE car in front of me in the bay is ridiculous. It doesn't take over an hour to change someone's oil.
I would've liked to give them 0 stars, but that isn't an option...
I had a great experience, they got my car ready for winter and offered me suggestions that were extremely helpful. Friendly, and explained everything great. Recommend them for quick basic services.
