RecommendedI was on my way home from the grocery store when my oil light came on and said my oil needed to be checked. I have never been to Jiffy Lube before but I can guarantee that’s where I will going from now on!! The Gentlemen that work there were so helpful, I was a quart low and they topped me off checked and filled other fluids and did not charge me!! Plus I have never been more entertained, great group of guys!!! Thank you so much!!!
Waited 45mins for an oil change and left after a later customer was served before us. Wait time didn’t add up. Was told they don’t do inspections on the weekend and later overheard someone paying for an inspection.
Service above board, no bullshit people. They do their job and excel. Trey is an outstanding manager and has a team that matches his performance!
They ran out of basic oil, made me wait 10 minutes to tell me, and were rude about it when I declined the more expensive option. Highly unprofessional. How does an oil place run out of oil?
Rude staff told me to go somewhere else, so I did.
