I brought in a car with no issues. I brought home a car leaking oil all over my driveway! They created a leak and tried to tell me it was there when I brought the car in. Not a drop of oil in my driveway this am. Now there is at least a quart!! Do NOT take your car here.

I continue to be pleased and comfortable with the recommendations and services offered by this Jiffy Lube. I find the management to be honest and transparent. For example, I have heard them openly tell customers that they do not believe a certain service is warranted, but they will perform it if the customer so desires. They are unfailingly polite, even with some less polite customers, and treat all with respect. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube, and I rarely write reviews!
Jiffy Lube on 9th Street in Kalamazoo is fantastic! Eric , the manager is extremely helpful and the mechanics Dallas, Marcus and all others are very friendly, honest and get the job done. They are professional and offer a wide range of services , not just oil changes. Please check them out !!
I took my car into the Crossover Jiffy Lube location on 10/10/23. Not long after getting in and being given an estimate a service attendant comes in with 2 filthy air filters and proceeds to tells me they are from my car. I questioned him as I had recently had a large amount of work done on my car at the dealership where I have always taken it., he even said it looked like it was factory installed. My car is 12 years old.. There is no way the filters had never been changed. Anyway I said ok., against my better judgement... read more
Recently posted a review of the poor service I received here. A few days later my car gave me an oil change due message. The techs did not bother to reset it when they changed the oil. I won't go back to Lazy Lube again.
