I have been a customer of Jiffy Lube for over 12 years. I sent my Daughter for an oil change to this location and she ended up with a $512.16 bill. They completely took advantage of her by offering her services she did not need. They told her the final total for her oil change was $109. At the end, they charged the card for $512.16 for the additional services (brake fluid check/refill) she did not ask for. When I spoke to the manager and asked for a copy of the services they performed, half of the page they printed was blank... read more
worst service ever... didn't fully tighten my oil plug. oil level went dangerously low blew my vvt pressure switch and refused to reimburse me for the part then left my oil cap just sitting on my motor and bent my dipstick and refused to take responsibility for their horrible service
