I was changed $30 over quoted price! Technician was rude after I told him I was not explained the overage but was more than willing to pay. He them proceeded to get loud with me and refused corporate information.

Screwing up people's cars making them spend more money without notifying them first.. Making vehicles go somewhere else to finish the work they screwed up.. When you say $260 that's what I expect not $406..
