I had a really pleasant experience here. In the past, Jiffy Lube employees have shown me a dirty air filter and asked if I wanted it changed. (I wouldn’t know). This time, he showed me the filter and said it looked fine. (What? No upselling?) He inspected my brakes because they squeaked upon entry. He said they were just old, but there’s still plenty of brake pad left. (No scare tactics to change them.) I asked for my tires to be rotated. The shop was neat and waiting area was clean and provided free cold water bottles which was much needed on that hot summer day. The service was swift and checkout was also quick. Will be coming back when I get a chance
