Much better than the Grand Prairie location on 303 ! Friendly management! Lucky I gave y’all another chance the district manager never followed up with me , about the bad experience I had there , I have a fleet of trucks I have serviced at jiffy lube ! Very un professional!
Both times I’ve been there mistakes were made that caused me to have to return. The first time the young man that helped me was extremely apologetic that the filter was replaced incorrectly and causing my engine to die when stopped. It was fixed and I had no further problems. Today, however, I stopped in to have a taillight replaced and it was a totally different story. The manager had a terrible attitude, they replaced my brake light instead of my taillight and I had to immediately return because now not only did I still ha... read more
