Had a great experience. Friendly and fast service
I had a dipstick which was broken off in my car and the crew helped me get this out when another JL location wasn’t able. There was a miscommunication issue with my oil change and I was given a high end one that wasn’t discussed initially. However, Chad was very empathetic and refunded me back a substantial amount while still ensuring profitability for his location. I was very happy with his ability to pivot and still ensure I was as happy as could be in the given circumstance. Thanks Chad and crew!
Paul was super quick and helpful, all without having to even leave my vehicle.
But the Justin guy was very rude he was cussing at me and being very disrespectful the whole time
