This is my second trip to this Jiffy Lube location and I have had excellent service each time. The service technicians have welcomed me each time and started working on my car immediately. They make sure to explain everything thoroughly and are never pushy. Easily my #1 choice for an oil change.
$87 for an oil change. They were quick though. I'll give them that.
I have oil stains all over my driveway after paying a ridiculous amount of $ at this location for an oil change. You would think with the prices you charge you would have a pretty good process. I called and complained and their solution was to bring the truck back in. Why would I let someone who performed such a poor service touch my truck again? Your welcome to come clean my driveway. It's scary that you guys are allowed to work on peoples cars with the level of experience your technicians have.
Guys are awesome! They change the oil on my Mercedes and do a great job!

I have to say I have never dealt with such a numbers of idiots in my whole life. I called the other day to get a price on a transmission filter change which by the way is one of the services they offer on their website. When I called they told me that they do not offer this service. Then I was put on hold and all the sudden they came back on and said they could do it and the what the cost would be and immediately tried to up sell me to the next service which for my particular was not advisable.
