I got our van’s oil changed at Jiffy Lube a few weeks ago. We noticed it’s been leaking oil since then. I took it back in to the same jiffy lube and had them check it out. After waiting about 30 minutes, The manager told me it looked to be transmission fluid, not oil. I took the van home. We spent a few hours trying to get ahold of our dealership/trying to figure out our warranty. Husband takes van to dealership and waits. My daughter presented a coupon and was told they would take it off at the time of payment. They then proceeded to refuse the coupon. I feel they take advantage of young ladies and provide very poor service. I highly recommend advising young women to go somewhere they will be treated with respect and not be taken advantage of.
