I arrived at the facility and was happy to not see any customers in line and three workers waiting. When I told the Assistant Manager (Joshua C.) that I needed an inspection sticker his response was: "Its going to take at least 45m. and possibly over an hour if we get customers coming in". I was surprise by his response since there were no other customers there at the time.
