The workers there are extremely nice, and the visit was very quick. BUTTTT, please know they only have synthetic, and synthetic BLEND. no conventional oil. I told the worker I wanted no synthetic, either 10W30 or 10W40. Just to find out the the receipt it was still synthetic, and after calling I was told of the only two options they had. It would've been better for the worker right at the moment, to tell me they only have synthetic oil, either straight or blended. In a moment of confusion, I initially overreacted, thinking the wrong oil had been used in my car, but Eric(k), the manager, handled it with total professionalism and patience. He took the time to explain everything clearly, walked me through the specs, and made sure I left fully confident and reassured.
