Will no longer be bringing our company vehicles here. I have told them multiple times to only change the oil and oil filter, and they never listen. I just left, after telling the man at the counter I only wanted an oil and oil filter change. He said he understood and I made sure to emphasize to leave the air filters alone (and said filters as in plural). I then received a bill for the cabin air filter, and a tire rotation as well. Had an oil leak and this was the closest place at the time for me to go get it fixed… Colby went above and beyond to help me get it fixed and was so easy to work with. Will 100% be coming here now to get all my oil changes!
The oil change process is quick. They do not haggle you for unnecessary services. My only issue was they did not put air in my tires even though they said that was checked and done.
Shoutout to Ernesto for being so helpful when I went by. He made everything make sense to me and made sure to lay out every detail for me. Honestly great customer service and so so helpful with everything I needed.
