Failed my inspection because of my tints. A 5% difference when I have passed 4 inspections with the same tints. What a joke place.
Customer service was terrible. Took a customer who came after me in front of me in the bay, would inspect a brand new car because the plate was dirty, and he was rude when I pointed out to him it is just dirt on the plate. Very sad
I went by myself to just get an oil change and ended up paying $133 ... the guy who was explaining to me what my car needed spoke way too fast for me to understand and he sounded scripted. Their advertisement for an oil change online and in the store says $39.99 so that’s what I was expecting to pay. Got home and my dad was pissed I spent that much.
50 minutes for an oil change and then they left my windows open in the pouring rain when they pulled my car out. I came out to a completely soaked car. Worst oil change experience ever
Josh the sales person needs customer service skills. Opening the door for a customer doesn't make up for your rudeness. This is my second time dealing with him. The first time I brushed it off thinking perhaps he was having a bad day but the second time around it was even worse. Both times I dealt with him the manager was not present. Its obvious the manager needs to follow up with his employees when he is not there! I will never return to jiffy lube again and I will let others know not to either!
