This location was fantastic! After a day of work the staff were quick, professional and courteous. They even put on the new windshield wipers after I forgot to ask at the beginning! Shout out to: Summer P., Benjamin W., and Robert B.!
I went in to get my fluid levels checked and ended up locking my keys in my car. Being 5 months pregnant I started to freak out. The staff was so accommodating and nice. They called Kent police department to get my car unlocked and proceeded to stay by my side and keep me company until my car was ready. I will definitely be returning! THANK YOU JIFFY LUBE!!
Jiffy Lube Kent on 309 Washington street sucks they destroyed my engine it cost me $7000.00 for a new engine went to court judge ruled that they did over fill my engine and it did cause my engine to explode but they weren't held liable because of a 90 day warranty clause on the back of the receipt how can that get them off I wasn't asking for warranty work they were negligent and incompetent and a $29.00 oil change cost me $7029.00 most expensive oil change I ever had don't go there Google how many time this has happened it ... read more
I took my car to the Jiffy Lube on Washington Ave. And the service there was great. I was impressed with the kindness and quikness they provided. They also offered me coffee and then when I was checked in they were very informative. I would recomend this place to anyone. It was nice to see that customer service is important to them.
