Got there at 8 am. 2 cars in progress. Figured shouldn’t be too long for an oil change and tires rotated. An hour and 45 mins later, she comes out and says -can’t rotate your tires b/c the lift is broken. Oh and you need to replace these 2 filters. Unfortunately I don’t have either in stock. I’ll order them for you and they’ll be in next week. What!?!!!! I said - you couldn’t tell me when I got here that you couldn’t rotate my tires!? Worst experience ever. This place is run by thieves. They broke the dipstick in the tube in my car when they went to change the oil - told us it was broken & said they would not replace it. The manager ken said it was already broken, but we had checked the oil the day before and there was nothing wrong with the dipstick. I wished we had checked their ratings before going there as obviously they run a bad operation & take advantage of their customers! Come here regularly for oil changes. Great, fast service. And they don't push services or products.
Quick, professional and courteous staff! Been my go to place for many years. Never had a problem. Current staff was A+ today!!

I've used this location for the past year for all my oil changed and top offs, but never again. They have all new staff members that are very rude. I would not recommend this location!
