They put the wrong serpentine belt on my car and it sliced open my radiator hose. spent almost 2 hours there today getting it fixed.

This company doesn't know what they are doing! They killed my friends car and now they want to shirk any semblance of responsibility. I will continually rally against this company. Their customer service is abysmal and they seemingly destroy cars on purpose.
