I have been coming here for years. I recently came to Jiffy Lube to have my oil changed. I had a special Groupon deal that also included checking the pressure in my tires, which they did not do. They were also confused about which oil to put in my car, even after I told 3 of them it was 10W30. Even after my oil had been changed, another associate walked up and asked me what I was waiting on.
