Stopped in for an oil change at 6:45 PM last night got turned away by a young punk who said they were already closed that they were cleaning up to get out of there by 7 PM talk about poor customer service I don’t care if you’re trying to get out of there at 7 PM you take customers until 7 PM and then clean up when you close at 7 PM he said go find somebody that’s open I said it’s 645 you are open stay far away from this place

A SMILE GOES A LONG WAY!!! – When arriving at jiffy lube there was a nice guy who greeted me with a huge smile named Andre. He was friendly, helpful and even cleaned out my junkie car, which was a mess. He definitley went above and beyond and made my waiting time worth the wait. He should be appreciated and seen as a true asset.
