When I couldn’t get an appointment at my dealership, I came here. Got in pretty quick. Went over my options with the service tech, and immediately thought ..wow..pretty expensive. I chose the mix synthetic blend which was nearly $20.00 more than what I pay for at my dealership but thought it would just be a quick fix since I really needed the oil change. RecommendedOil change, tire inflation, and fluid refills
Prices were not gone over before they started working on my car, I would have never let them touch it had I known my oil change would be $70. I am appalled and will be making sure no one I know goes there. I feel robbed right now.
Guys were good guys. Not a good job vacuuming. I brought in a coupon for $10.50 off oil change. I just looked at the receipt and they only credited me for $8.50 I feel this was done purposely. Went there on 5/17/17 at 2:30pm
Brought my Toyota in for a basic oil change. Technician told me my "AC was on full blast and my engine was running hot" trying to sell me on coolant and AC repair. Only problem is, I don't use AC in my car. Then they proceeded to charge me $49.99 for a cabin air filter which should cost at most $22 anywhere else, including the dealership. Stay away!
