Went there today to get my car serviced. No one came to the car so I got out and saw a gentleman behind the desk on a cell phone. He glanced at me and kept talking. I waited 5 minutes and he still did not come out to at least say he'd be right there. I left and went elsewhere. I won't go back. They are overpriced, but I go there for convenience. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.
They waited until they drained my oil out to tell me they charge $95 for a synthetic oil change. My last oil change somewhere else was $33.50 so $95 is ridiculous and they need to quote that before starting the work. I had no idea anyone charges near that price and wouldn’t pay that period. They had me in a spot by having drained out my oil first. They managed to dig up a few discounts and get it down but really!
Slow service and total ambiguity about pricing. Won’t be coming back ever

My change bin in my console was emptied during my oil change. The manager told me that I could call the police, but he couldn't do anything about it. Beware, Jiffy Lube doesn't value your business nor the safety of your property.
