Clean wait room, friendly service
Employees were very pleasant and did a good job.
They replaced an oil pan gasket that was not leaking and charged me 2 hours labor when it only took less than 1 hour. Problem not fixed. Thank you for stealing my money.
When I arrive, there were three cars ahead of me, one in each bay. I was told to come back on Monday because they were really busy changing an oil filter. They didn’t tell me how long the wait was or even provide an option to wait.
