today I went to get my oil changed & after nearly $100 spent ... left with a stuck down passenger window in this wet freezing weather my baby and twin daughter's will have to suffer through because tape over the window wasn't clue enough that the window shouldn't go down. barely attempted to put the window back in place & was informed "well you should have told them not to roll informed down" . . . apologized but completely without actual empathy & now informed to left with an open window while while it rains & fills my car ... read more
