This place neglected to replace two lug nuts on FOUR wheels, eight total, cost me $80 to replace. They keep telling me "it's up to corporate to reimburse you", but no word from "corporate". NEVER take your vehicle to this piece of crap place.

Avoid this place. It has been 72 hours since I filed myy claim. This location failed to Secure my Drain Plug. By the Grace of God I stopped my car, otherwise the engine would have been Damaged. Based on the lack of any communication, I would still be w/o a vehicle. If you can't afford to be w/o a vehicle. Go elsewhere
