RecommendedGreat service ~ though they were short handed they were very professional and accommodating
They told me my car was leaking oil and wouldn't even look at it. When I was getting ready to leave her said he couldn't get my hood to shut, I said "maybe the latch handle is pulled" he told the mechanic to push it back in and asked me if I wanted a job. when I got to my mechanics 30 minutes later the latch handle was locked in an upside down position.

Awful service 3 people behind us left before us for an oil change! They have been working on the car for 30 minutes just to change it!
I normally would never post anything. If you do not have time to read everything below I simply will say DO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE for an oil change, EVER!!! Three weeks ago I brought a BMW X5 to get a simple oil change (nothing was wrong with my car). They pulled it into the bay to give my car an oil change. Waited hour and a half took them 15 minutes to do the work checked off everything they said they did but but only thing I saw them check was washer fluid and change my oil
I'm new to the area and went here as I used this company in Illinois they were friendly efficient and informative will be returning for all oil changes
