Have a very good experience at the Jiffy Lube in Willow Street. Everyone was professional and my vehicle was finished quickly.
Very disappointed with my experience. I presented a coupon that I printed from their website upon arrival and counter person called out to manager in garage who confirmed they would accept it. The oil change was performed and I was charged full price. At that time, I was told that they were an independent location and did not take this type of coupon.
