Excellent customer service. My husband and I are impressed with the young man in training and the young man doing the training. They were both professional, wore masks and patient. Our first time at Jiffy lube. We will certainly be back. Getting an oil change and tire rotation.
I walked in this past weekend because my car sounded like it was literally about to explode. (And if we’re being honest, it’s been sounding like that for some time) Caitlyn was SO helpful; she showed me what my oil looked like and recommended an engine flush to clean it out. Y’all.. my car came to them sounding like a mechanical nightmare and left sounding almost like new! The best part, they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about the state I let my oil get in. I will never go anywhere else!
Amazing customer service!!!! Every single time they greet me with a smile, go the extra mile to service my vehicles. And great looking staff!!
