Ignorance. Attitude. Seriously, not sure how this business is still running with the amount of problems I noticed with only 2 phone calls. This place has ruined All Jiffy Lubes for me !!!!! So glad I called and not just showed up !

First visit: rude and condescending. Second visit: refused to change the oil even though I had a jiffy lube sticker in the window and a personalized coupon that had been mailed to me. Will never patronize this jiffy lube again.
Rude and lazy. Can't even help a good customer out. Very Disappointed. Thankfully Midas was close by and was able to help me out with no problem.
