Couldn't reset my oil service light. Incompetent! No way to treat a 73 year old man!!!
The technician was friendly as well as knowledgeable,he mentioned some other things that should be performed soon.l think the price was more expensive than other places
Brought GSA fleet in for an oil change on a Friday, was told I needed back brakes and rotors. Rep said he would order the parts on Friday and told me to come back on Monday he would have the parts waiting on me. Got there at 2:40pm on Monday no parts were ordered, I waited 1hour before the auto parts store delivered the parts. This place apparently is being ran by new owners because the previous Reps were the best. I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube I know about 5 or 6 years. Came her per a recommendation from a friend. Was very pleased with my service. Was fast & efficient. Waiting room chairs were cozy & the bathroom was very clean. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, they smiled, were courteous & caring & can tell they took pride in their work. Special props to Lou & Steven. Found my new oil change home now
