I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube in Hummelstown for at least 8 years and have always had positive experiences. Yesterday was no different. The team - Stefon, Alex, Ty, Dan, Mario, and Darian did an exceptional job. They were friendly, professional, fast, efficient and detail-oriented. What I like most is that they don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. I trust them, and that is rare for car guys. Highly recommend!!
This Jiffy Lube location is truly exceptional. The staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism, politeness, and friendliness. Both the service area and the customer waiting lounge were impeccably clean. They provided comprehensive and transparent information regarding previously unknown issues with my vehicle, offering various solutions for me to consider. They certainly embody the high standards of the Jiffy Lube brand.
Went in for a inspection told me i had to wait 45min which was fine i had one in front they finished that and the girl forgot to rotate another customer tires so they pull my car back and expect me to because the lady worker messed up. I use to go there and get my oil changed but never again.
First time @ Jiffy Lube. I was impressed, the valet even held the door for me and drove in the car himself. Prices were fair I guess...if I wanted it cheap I guess I'd have to do it myself. Service was great and so were the techs. They were even open til 7!
