Went in on Thursday 3/14/2019 to get the windshield on my H3 Hummer replaced. Everything seemed fine with the windshield until I noticed the next day that they broke the molding that holds the windshield in place on the left side and tried to glue it back together so I wouldn’t notice. They did not tell me they had broken it when I picked the car up nor did they ask for my permission to glue it back together. Absolutely do not recommend this location. They didn't put enough oil in my car and the engine of my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid that I still owe $18,000 for blew up. Happened to a friend of mine only a year ago too. Jiffy Lube has a system designed to ignore customer complaints and provide a video to "prove" they put oil in your car but it doesn't show anything. You will see me standing at the corner of Pennsylvania and Montgomery soon with a sign to tell the 100,000 cars that drive through there daily to STAY AWAY!!!
Jiffy Lube tried to take advantage of my mother by telling her she needed her brakes changed and showing her some worn out brakes that weren't even hers. Luckily we have a mechanic in our family and a handyman that know how to change brakes. Upon taking them off, we realized they were perfectly fine. We will definitely be spreading the word and won't be using Jiffy Lube again.
