Jiffy Lube is my worst nightmare!! We went to get an oil change before leaving for a Christmas trip and after we left this store, our engine seized in the middle of 441 (with my two small children In the back). They towed our car to a mechanic and come to find out that they had drained the oil but had forgotten to replace the oil. So We had to get an engine replacement but only where Jiffy Lube wanted to do it. The staff is extremely helpful and provided a thorough but speedy experience. Julio the manager is one of the most honest and knowledgeable technicians I've ever encountered in the 25 plus years of owning and servicing a vehicle. I will take both of my vehicles here for service for now on.
My wife just took our new Jeep in for an oil change and the technician poked a hole into the coolant reservoir. Do not use these guys they are a bunch of cheats and crooks.
They are good!!!! I liked the way they do Guest Services!!!first come,first serve,and was relatively fast!!!
