I went here a couple of mthss ago for an oil change. A couple of days later my car is leaking oil. I takes it back to them They telling me they did nothing wrong. Well today going to my favorite oil changing place in Cal. I find out what they did. Jiffy your tech forgot to put the washer back on so this is why my �been leaking oil. Double ck them
NEVER will i come here again absolutely the RUDEST customer service EVER i took my mom to get her car taken care of and a blonde haired Caucasian girl named leah was beyind rude and unprofessional with a major attitude over any questions we had and we was nithing but polite regaurdless of her attitude and she was acting like we werw bithering her told us "im actually not supposed to be working on your car it's my lunch" you need to fire this unprofessional you lost my business and i will tell everyone never come here either!... read more
