I have a fleet account & have been going to and bringing our 5+ vehicles to various Jiffy Lubes around Omaha for years. I have never encountered an issue until December. I had the oil changed on my Jeep on October 5th, 2022 and no problems. I had synthetic oil put in so it had a 5,000 mile change time. In December I went to drive it (it was a very cold day) and it sounded funny when it was running and I thought it might have been the cold causing it. Having been a Jiffy Lube customer for years and having run several different cars through this location, can not heap enough High Praise on the staff !! Knowledgeable , Courteous . ....they take pride in their job and it shows . Julie , Chad , Sadie and Lawrence are the crew I have mostly dealt with , and they are AWESOME !! I am NOT a mechanical Guy and it is great to have a place that one can trust ! Met my girlfriend here Saturday morning to hang out while we got our oil changed. The staff was so personable and so much fun! They got her car handed quickly, and had mine ready when we came back from breakfast. Super nice, super quick. I’ll go out of my way to come back here (from Council Bluffs).
So let me get this straight? I take my car in for an oil change and you somehow manage break my window, then deny any liability and refuse cover the expenses?

Horrible service! We’re from lincoln my husband brought over lunch hour harassed him for tire change! Have had to take his car to Lincoln store twice which we love on 56th for a new oil plug and now filter. Pathetic. Service!!!!
