I went for a basic oil change and they did the old (up charge routine) well sir your air filter is dirty, you need new wipers, and your brakes are worn out. I then explained to them that I had just replaced my brake a week before. There answer was.... well from here they look worn. I've been going to Jiffy Lube for years and years. My last experience was the worst one yet. I downloaded the app and asked the "young" girl at the counter if there were coupons on the app....she's, "I don't know". Then I asked if the store had any coupons...she says, "We are out". She was on her phone the whole time. She was texting or something and tried to make it look like she was working by having her phone under the counter where I was standing. She was terrible.
