Took mine and my wife’s cars here for a quick oil change. Her car sat for a day before she drove it, she noticed a pile of oil on drive way when she came back from running errands. I checked the car out when I got off work to find out that she lost a quart and half bc her drain plug wasn’t even hand tight... I understand mistakes happen but come on! Could have blown her motor on a fairly new car!

went to jiffy lube to do oil change and inspection double charge me over $77 called to resolved expected a call back from the manager never called me back. went to the store and heard lots of b.s. saying I had to wait over 2 weeks to be reimbursed ok now this is ridiculous a customer should never wait over 2 weeks to get their money back hard earn money ... very unsatisfied with this issue..
