They didn’t check the lights. Didn’t check the tires until I said something. 5 guys stood around talking and not getting the job done. They had no idea how to reset the reminder in my Mercedes. Maybe good for a pinto, but not a Mercedes. There were dozens of leafs in the engine compartment over the intake vent. Never even mentioned it. Not a personal opinion. Purely professional. I’ve been there several times before with my other cars/trucks and it was ok. Not this time. Doubtful I’ll be back.

1st time at Jiffy. No line/wait. 17 minutes total time onsite. Requested to have only oil/filter change, no other checks. Pennzoil 5w30 Penn. Synth. Blend 5.7 qts. I used this location due to convenience and the Google rating. Disappointed in overall professionalism, care, cost, and notations on receipt of actual tasks being conducted that were not. The service tech, Jacob, who greeted me, was genuinely gracious and helpful. Oil Life not reset to 100%. ($106.91).
