Within days of receiving an oil change (full synthetic), I had a puddle of oil on my garage floor. I returned to Jiffy Lube immediately where I was told that it was simply residual oil that wasn't clean off. The next morning, I had another puddle of oil on my garage floor so I took my car to Firestone and was told that the oil filter was not installed properly (it wasn't screwed in all the way). So, I ended up spending another $22 to find out that Jiffy Lube doesn't care about their customer!
Last time I went to an "oil" place it was like $45. I just got my oil and "only"'oil changed (Plus $5 to top off my antifreeze). $100.99 for a mid size SUV. WOW! The dealership I bought it from charges $50. I'm still in a little shock.
