Very fast and everyone there was super kind. Primarily talked to Michel and Stephen, did not catch the name of the mechanic working underneath but was also very nice!
Incredible experience today. From the moment I pulled in, the entire crew treated me like family not just another customer. They were welcoming, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through everything, pointed out that my oil plug was damaged, and made sure I fully understood what needed to be done—no pressure, just honest guidance. Never going to use jiffy lube again. This was a few months ago, but your mechanic literally asked me how much I paid for my car, criticized the price (lol it was so cheap, yet he made it seem like I over-paid) then tried to sell me his car and then again tried to sell me HIS TIRES OFF HIS CAR. I was just stressed out at the point so when he charged me 105$ I didn’t even say anything. I paid and left. But.
