May 21st, 2025 I brought my car in for an oil change to the Jiffy Lube on High street in columbus Ohio. I was upsold coolant & felt price gouged. $156.76 dollars later and LESS THAN 1500 miles since my oil change, MY OIL FILTER LOOSENED and leaked oil all over my garage floor. It could have been much worse, had my oil filter completely fallen off & fried my engine.
This shop was super efficient. I only planned to get an oil change, but they were able to take care of a handful of other services that needed taken care of. Note: There's an Auto Zone across the street where you can get certain car parts a bit cheaper, but at my age, time is money. This Jiffy Lube shop was fast, and all the gentlemen who worked on my car were extremely courteous. I'll definitely take my car there again. Shout out to Stephen for his great customer service!
They gave me the best quote/price,out of the 6 or 7 different places that we called,for replacing the AC/alternator serpentine belt on my vehicle. They also took my vehicle straight into the bay once I pulled into this business, without having to deal with the usual long wait time you'd expect. I was in and out well in under 2 hours, that we originally had expected. Thanks again, to this team for such quick, respectful, and overall great service from beginning to end. I'll be back for an oil change when it's time. Thank you
