I gave it **** only because Vickie,the manager was Awesome. The person behind the counter had some serious "SPECIAL NEEDS".

I had the worst experience ever. It took them 3 hours to change my brake pads. They took my tires off and then stood in the parking lot talking to their friends while smoking. Even the manager was out there also, no one gave me an update on the status of my car nor could they explain what was taking so long except for a sorry excuse of "Sorry sir we are working as fast as we can" and I was the only person there. Jiffy lube will never get my business again.
